  • What should I bring with me if I need a laptop repaired?

    You only need to bring your laptop and the charger.

  • What do I need to bring if I need a desktop repaired?

    All you need to bring in is the computer tower. You can leave your monitor, keyboard, and mouse at home! However, for ALL-IN-ONES, we do need the power cord, keyboard, and mouse.

  • How long does a repair generally take?

    It depends on the issue. Most repairs typically take 1-2 days. We carry most common parts in stock. If a repair requires us to order special parts, it will take longer, usually 5-7 days.
